Alice Creque has over 17 years of experience and extensive training in treating orthopedic and sports related injuries. As a high school and college athlete, Alice sustained several knee injuries, which required surgery and extensive physical therapy. This led to her interest in pursuing physical therapy as a career. She has worked with athletes at all levels from pewee sports to professionals. In 2007, she earned the Sports Certified Specialist designation from the American Physical Therapy Association, making her one of only a handful in the state of Kentucky.
At a banquet in April of 2012, Alice Creque received a Dr. Rudy J. Ellis Distinguished Service award as part of the Kentucky High School Athletic Directors Conference. This award recognizes individuals who have made continuous and significant contributions to high school athletics. She was nominated for her work with both high schools in Shelby County.
The staff at Max Performance is very knowledgeable about sports and sports injuries. We are highly dedicated to helping athletes overcome both the physical and emotional aspects of their injury, so they can get back on the court or field as soon as possible.
